High & Tight Barbershop

What It Is:
High and Tight is a prohibition era inspired barbershop located in the heart of the Deep Ellum neighborhood in Dallas, Texas. They focus on providing a true classic gentlemen’s experience, while offering a craft cocktail bar in the back for entertainment with live music.
The Ask:
They asked Dyad to develop their existing brand identity and bring their online presence to life through an e-commerce website. We took the initiative of creating a platform for the business to sell merchandise, book appointments, and to promote not only their barber services but their speak-easy bar.
Approach:
Our first approach was developing a modernized prohibition era feel for a new aged website that is desktop and mobile friendly. Our objective was to promote a dapper lifestyle, while still being edgy and expressing what High & Tight is to the industry, as well as their placement in the trendy Deep Ellum neighborhood.
Execution:
We wanted to portray this era through concepts, colors, rules, and elements while also keeping it functional to sell their products and book appointments. Once the website was established and generating an increase of traffic, the next step was to put together a new line of merch with the idea of being street wear, which could be sold to everyone.
